Why we exist:
Leadership ConneXtions exists to equip and network under-privileged leaders for enduring, fruitful ministry.

What we want to become:
We envision a growing multi-cultural network of mature entrepreneurial leaders coming alongside emerging leaders who are among the least advantaged in strategic locations of the world. We will develop regional traning centres in key locations, including the U.S. East region, U.S. West region, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Latin America, southern Asia, and The Middle East. These regional centres will serve as hubs for training and mentoring in a modular format of learning. We will provide cutting edge resources that fit the cultural context of the leaders and will partner with other like-minded organisations that offer some of these resources.

It is our dream that leaders from different lands will impact each other’s lives in such a way that God’s Kingdom is furthered through the development and multiplication of leadership communities.
