I know, it is a pretty pointed question. This is a short post with a few questions that deserve some lingering reflection.
* What do you fear?
* Of what are you afraid?
* And why . . . why do you fear that thing?
* And what do you do when it is present with you, when "fear happens"?
* How do you find courage?
* Where do you find courage?
Remember, courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is resisting fear and not allowing fear to have the determining word.
Nor is courage foolhardiness... as the penguin seems to understand it.
I know this. If you are a leader, God will call you and take you to some places and times where you will be afraid and where you will need courage.
And if you lead others, at times, they too will be afraid (or anxious, worried, nervous, upset - all, perhaps, milder versions of fear).
It is worth your while thinking about fear and courage.
