Leadership involves influence. Influence involves communication. Communication involves the ability to create ideas and then present them in "sticky" ways.
From time to time I have requests from leaders that have to do with becoming better communicators. I plan to post a series of articles on this page that will address this topic. Ideally I'll want to post them about every two weeks.
